What RupeeRelay stores, and what it does not

RupeeRelay has no accounts and no sign-in. You are never asked for your name, address, bank details, or identity documents, and there is no profile to create, delete, or breach. If a future version ever adds accounts, this page will be updated before that version asks you for anything.

Rate alerts were built as a browser-only prototype and are not part of the site right now, so nothing about alerts is collected or stored, and no alert email will ever arrive from this site as it stands.

A production alert service would need a database, a scheduler, and an email provider, and this page will say so before that version asks you for anything.

When you compare, your browser sends the amount, the corridor (USD to INR), and the customer mode to RupeeRelay's own API routes, which use them to fetch a live Wise quote and compute the comparison. No name, email, or payment detail is part of that request, because the comparison never asks for any. Request logs, if the hosting platform keeps any, are the platform's, not a RupeeRelay account record about you.

RupeeRelay uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages visitors use. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. It never sees what you type into the comparison widget, and it collects no name, email, or payment detail, because the site never asks for any. Aggregated counts (for example, how many times a page was viewed) are the only thing it reports.

RupeeRelay runs no advertising trackers of its own. That statement covers what RupeeRelay itself runs; it does not cover what happens after you leave.

Outbound links go to third-party provider websites, which have their own privacy policies and tracking. Once you click through, the provider's policy governs what it collects, not this one.

If RupeeRelay starts storing anything new (accounts, server-side alerts), this page will be updated to describe it before the feature asks you for data. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
